I have heard that book 3, possibly empire, will be released fall 2006. Other than that i have no other information. Could someone please tell me.

I am kinda afraid to se the movie for that reason =P... I hate what they do to some of these perfectly good book (HP for example... the 2nd best selling book in the world) so i'ma wait until meh friends see it and see what they think.

Yeah I put those 3D models on this site. They are fakes. I found them on another site and didnt see the print underneath which said they were fakes .They are quite cool i thought and i liked a few.

Hey i dont think it will cum out in autumn its to close and he took such along time to rite Eldest!! And now with the movie i dont no i wonder if he will wait until the 2nd movie is adnertising for him to put out book 3 ( Empire????) that way it will hav lots of publicity but who knows!!! only CP will no and he just started riting it so it will be atleast a yr cose it takes like 6 or so months to get a book published!!!

Um, I'm English, but on most sites and forums etc. it says it comes out this autumn, so yeah... anyway, I think it should come out before the eragon movie.

yeah.... well..... they should have them close together because after book 3 I'll be like a blood sucking monster wanting MORE MORE MORE!!!!!!

yeah but once all the books and movies are out we can go on random eragon marathons where we read every book and watch every movie. THEN we'll feel slightly satisfied and ble to live with the immense pain sprouted from lack of new eragon. And anyway go to shurtugal.com they have a really cool fanfic section (one by myslef *bows*) so thats what's tiding ME over till book three.

Back on Relevant topics, the 3rd book won't be out with the movies because thats a marketing disaster. They'd have to hype them both up, and while the movie, anyone can get through, the book is going to be a bit tougher. I personally, don't mind, but there are many people who just don't like to read.

and on Saphira pics. That's one of the most important things about the movie, and they are probably not going to reveal it until right before the movie release, if revealed at all. Why would they? That's one of the only things still remaining secret at the moment and unlike sets and actors, which can be spied on and photographed, the digital masterpiece that will be Saphira is secret.

Actually there is no official release date. Only speculations that it will late 2007.
