Guys, as a parent, I can say that it is our job to keep our children safe. Most of the times in order to do this we need to come to decisions which our children usually don't like. My youngest daughter will be 17yrs old in Sept. She is not a baby, but not an adult yet. Unfortunately she is very naive, as it should be, in regards to other people's twisted intentions.

We have two computers and only mine has internet access and it has a parental lock on it. This took place after I found at she had her picture posted on Zanga & My Space. Since I had already advised her on the dangers of the internet and she still went ahead and posted her pictures, she lost the privilage.
I rather have her think I'm blowing the whole thing out of proportion, tell me that I'm old fashion, that I just don't want her to have fun, let me see, she said so many things, I cannot remember them all.
After she vented her anger and frustration I just asked her: "Do you feel better about it?" she answered "No." And I said, "Then that means I'm doing the right thing and the parental lock stays."
