Are you sure Vroengard is still considered part of Alagaesia? Nobody has been there since the fall of the riders, and Eragon might claim it is a country in and of itself so that the new Riders (if they still exist) will be under no one's rule but themselves.

I'm sure some people go there its not abandoned. besides its not that big of an island and its not far off and its on the map so yes it is part of algasea.

Its part of alagasia but i doubt people visit it, unless tourists like getting mauled by the monsters that inhabit it, my gues is that the dragons come back but riders dont, hrothgar said they wouldn't and cp put that there for a reason. eragon goes to the elven lands with arya, remaining elves, saphira, and greenie, and dragon race starts again. maybe all the elves die well not all but a lot when fighting galby

i think the book will end with eragon flying to the place he dreamed about.

The only place Eragon dreamed about in Eldest was the Burning Plains. In the first book he dreamed about the elves and some guy (more than likely himself) boarding a ship.

I think that it is in the first book right before eragon and brom brake in to that castle in teirm. I have that book right here but it is to much to skim.
