I really think this is a lost battle. In all the descriptions CP has given the reader, She is described as BEAUTIFUL. Furthermore he gives her all the traits of grace, elegance, inner beauty, determination, ect. It's only Saphira who finds her face long like a horse's.And that was out of jelousy!

yeah i know there were women riders because it has been mentioned, at least i think it has, but why wouldn't there be anyways. i am guessing though that there were more elven riders than humans but who knows...just elves seem more likely for riders in such a case.
