The Urgals want revenge for what they were forced to do in Farthen Dur. They will go neutral once the empire is brought down and peace is restored.

I think realistically they are neutral and whatnot but they are baddies for now. They might even get their land as well, just like the book says I think in Eldest or somewhere...that they get some land. (thaks to Anniebee  ) Right now they are just cruel, ugly, little brutes who in other words are b-a-d....that is for now._________________

I know but, in the beggining of Eldest they attacked them and Eragon and the rest of them had to fight them...so they appear as baddies...anyways...like I said I agree with you that they will go neutral and whatnot.

They were never truly bad, they were always controlled. First by Durza, then the Twins.
