Ya, she's ok for the varden, but cp has said there will be a major change in her character, so i think she may be the next rider

I know, I don't really think Nasuada would be a great rider, I'm just saying CP said there would be a HUGE change in her character, so what else could that be??? Also Roran naturally gets people to follow him, so the people of the Varden may become loyal to him as easily as the people of Carvahall did. Also, just because Arya is such a great warrior, does not mean she will be the next rider at all. Eragon was a nothing warrior when saphira chose him.
