I dunno... The dragon could be a kind of shield against that though... If she did get a dragon it could protect her mind from the remnants of the curse like Oromis did Eragon's mind after he killed Durza. I'm still not sure though.

no the curse is different to what happened when eragon killed durza because the spell was a part of her so it cannot just be wipped away

elva whould never be a rider cause she is too young and the curse won't help her cause eragon whould lift the curse and the remnants of it whould make her life dificult

their is no way that elva can become a rider, She does have magic in her but the point of her life is to save other from pain, and it would be completely useless for her to be a dragon rider for that reason.

She will be important, but the thing to remember is TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE and Oromis doesn't have enough time to train a Rider from scratch. This is why an Elf would make the best Rider.
