Re: Random RP [chat] Mk, so I've got two rp's in the making, one ready to go as soon as I feel like it.
The first is simple, and there will be no massive battles or anything of the sort. It's going to be pretty laid back, just a couple of charries getting together to train. I'm pretty sure Twin is still interested, so only two slots left, pm me if you're interested. First two get it. *moves aside to let bloodfest begin*The second, is going to be for User-created. (If I understand all that correctly.) It's going to be in the X-men world, so let your minds start exploding with ideas for your characters mutations. Got some pretty cool scenarios in mind for this one. But don't get too excited, I want to take care with this one and do a little more planning than usual, so it might be a little while before I post it. That is all. Re: Random RP [chat] Hey guys, it's me Kit. I know I've been holding up several RPGs so I just want to start by apologizing for that. This is just a turbulent period in my life, and quite honestly, I've lost a lot of interest in SF. Even with the Final Chapter of Inheritance coming up.
But I have a plan, really more of just a shot in the dark. As most of you know, at least the ones I regularly RPed with, I'm working on my own book series. At this point, I'm kind of in a stand still with that, in fact I've barely written anything in several months. None the less, my book and concept still fascinates me. So here's my plan. I'm going to start that RPG in the Other Canon Section basing it off my world and concepts. From there I hope that will spark enough interest in SF to at least finish the RPGs I'm currently in, though that will be the last one I plan on joining. It will also give me a chance to learn about some of the finer mechanics of my world and characters. I know there are a few who would join that, I know DS4 said she would, Draco I'm sure will, I think even Astral you might shown interest? Anyway, I'll post that in a few days and we'll see how things go from there. If anyone does want to join and has some suggestions on what to include in the first post, as far as mechanics such as magic, or character integration, whatever it might be, please PM me that will be the best way to make sure I see it. Im severly paranoid and I have to say that it is really easy for someone to steal your stuff if you put it on the internet. So just my advice I would say don't post a topic based on your series.

Re: Random RP [chat] I agree with Star on this subject, though it's fabulous that you're writing a series (I am also yay!) but I share Star's paranoia about stories getting stolen via the Internet. None of us would, but you just never know...if you see a story published later down the road that's based on your series that would become very heartbreaking I know I would freak.

My story covers thousands of years, and for the sake of my story, I do not plan on basing the RPG anywhere near the same time frame. Re: Random RP [chat] So I'm kind of getting bored with all the drawn-out actiony-type rp's, and I had an idea for one that will be a little slower paced. Basically building safe houses inside the empire for people on the run, and for charries in the know, these safe houses could be used in other rp's when they are in need of shelter. It's going to be a mission given to my character Raven by the Varden, but your charries don't have to be in the Varden to join. Does that sound like something anyone else would like to do?

So I have an rp going called Safe Haven that no one has replied to yet, so Ima take the liberty to change it up... Basically Raven is working her way towards a cliff in the Spine that is riddled with caves and pueblo-like dwellings. She's gonna be exploring the caves and making them liveable again. These particular caves used to belong to the Riders, and there are hidden rooms aplenty, some treasure, and even a tomb or two... Well, Apollo and Athena would, Ares is a little territorial but otherwise a little spitfire once you get to know him and Artemis...well, she's just antisocial. She'll warm up to them eventually I'm sure. rofl. I'll probably make an rp for them very soon here, I just wanted to see who'd be interested. It's a good start! I wouldn't see a problem with that FE. In fact, new characters makes things all the more interesting. I believe we're going to be basing directly after Dark Destiny, though I'm not certian. I'll speak with Draco about it though I think she won't mind either. It probably won't happen for a while yet, but I think we're 3/4 into Dark Destiny so it should be soon. And that's okay, I understand, life can get in the way. Don't stress yourself too much! lol. Though I am excited about The Beast Within and Disgruntled in Distress.
