Arya and Eragon are the obvious couple. But I believe that Murtagh is in already in love with Nasuada. Of course they cannot have a happy ending.

You are right. He said that she looked like a lady of the court while the real ladies deserved the life of a pig. He was very enthousiastic. As for Nasuada she has admitted that she enjoyed his company. I never said that they would end up happily ever after, only that there will be something between them.

ok... back on topic: there was minor potential for Murtagh and Nasuada, but now that is pretty much eliminated... yeah...

Eragon and Arya r obviously in love already (at LEAST Eragon is, but I think Arya secretly is too), and Murtagh already likes Nasuada, but Nasuada definatly hates Murtagh after what happened.

But seriously, what 2 people voted Eragon and Galbatorix?!!!!! R they recomeneding they r . . . never mind!!!! EEEEWWWW!!!!

Not Arya and Galby either, because she hates him. Not to mention it would break Eragon's heart . . . *crying for poor Eragon* he already wants Galby dead, but he wpuld REALLY want him dead if Arya fell in love with him!! But like I said, that's not happening.

best fake angry rant ever... But seriously, you make a mockery of me, you who voted for Arya & Gallbatorix, ESPECIALLY those of you who voted for Eragon & Galbatorix. I challenge you to a duel. (IMO) Eragon+Arya and Roran+Katrina, perhaps Murtagh+Nasuada are the only legitimately possible couples in Inheritance. The authors intentions are clear with them. (I'm in a really 'fake angry rant' mood right now...)
