In the chapter deathwatch in the 1st book eragon has a dream. He sees 2 people walking onto a boat. As the boat leaves he sees someone else crying out. Finally his dream ends when he sees two dragons circling above them. I beleive that the two people getting on the boat are eragon and arya. It has been predicted that he will leave alagaesia forever by angela, and he will also get married to someone of noble birth(Princess/queen arya). I also beleive that the person who cries out is roran as he cannot follow eragon or will not follow him. And lastly i think the 2 dragons circling above them are saphira and the green dragon, possibly arya's.

i think that the humans will go back from where they came from... or teh elfs leave. idk. lol.

Eragon leaves, we know that. And the dream is Eragon I think, with Arya. I cant think who it would be on land, mayby Murtagh or Roran

I hope its arya with him, the guy trys so hard to make her love him i would be disapointed if Cp doesnt get them together in empire

and if some1 is riding the dragon it doesnt mean tthat they are the dragon rider. It could mean that roran wanted to try it out on aryas dragon. Like i hope its arya its just meant to be

i think that the two on the boat will be eragon and arya, the dragons in the sky will be saphira and the green dragon, and the one on the shore will be the first eragon (eragon and arya's son) who has to go back in time to start the dragon riders. that's just a guess, though

that part that is bolded I think that it said love, I could be wrong but if it is love, that doesnt mean that it will end good

You cab see hw its end rests on that of a sailing ship. That is impossible to misunderstand. Your fate will be to leave this land forever. Where you will end up i know not, but you will never again stand in Alageasia. This is inscapiable. IT will come to pass even if you try to avoid it.

i think that the two "taller than the rest" are eragon and arya. the two dragons have to be saphira and the green dragon, so if eragon's not with arya, it's some other female elf. eragon could tell that one of them was a woman, so the next rider can't be vanir or roran. the dream was obviously eragon and the next rider (who's arya) leaving alagaesia.

well, maybe dragon riders are taller than normal people, or maybe elves are taller than humans, assuming that no other elves boarded the ship

Now she didn't say get married but he will have an epic romance...doesn't necessarily mean getting married although I hope eragon does to arya. I think his dream was a premonition and that the two people are arya and eragon and the dragons saphira and the green dragon(arya's dragon). It makes perfect sense and it would make the prohecy even more true as well since eragon will not stay in alagaesia forever.

One thing can be cleard up for sure. Eragon will leave the empire. Angela foresee's this, eragon dreams it. And when he is discussing a strategy with some1 to take down galby he is interested in countries outside of the empire.

He very well may indeed and it might be good as well. But then it kinda sounds like a LOTR retrun of the king type thing but adding a few chapters wouldn't hurt too much. Although it would be claissified as the perfect or typical ending if CP ended it with Eragon leaving Alagaesia.

Angela did say that ERagon will love someone of noble birth, she did not say that the romance would turn out for the good or the bad. I actually dontthink that Eragon will sail away on the ship. I think he will be trapped in the vault of souls nad kepp any evil rulers from getting power again....somehow....... yeah

i agree. that it is likely eragon arya and roran and saphira and arya's dragon if she gets one. but shadeslayer forgot there was a crowd of people as well and i think that the elves got mostly wiped out fighting galby and they all leave for their homeland. and that the race of dragons is continued by saphira and the other dragon. just a guess.

In the boat would be Arya and Eragon and the 2 dragons above would be saphira and arya's dragon. and the one on shore would be roran b/c he is king of algasia(sp?) and cannot leave his coutry/region..
