 i think that eragon and brom are elvesim re-reading the book eragon and i notcied that on page 48 when eragon goes to brom for the dragon information, brom is wearing a hood that he throws back and eragon observes that the hair is not white but silver like most elves, also the name eragon is actually an elve name if u are not aware that the first elve riders name was eragon. that would also explain broms relationship with the elves and why they think so highly of him.i think he also might have been related to oromis....mabie his brother or his father....hence the book name inheritence...so i think that in some way that eragon will go to the vault of souls bring back brom and his dragon...that would also explain the deathwatch chapter....because 2 dragons in the sky could be the saphiras...as for the people holding hands...the green egg might hatch for ayra and the dragon will die or it just wasnt there when eragon had the dream

Re: i think that eragon and brom are elves Brom must have given him human traits as well also if Eragon was an elf he would know his true name elves insticintivly know their true names. He dosen't so he's not an elf.
