I heard that there was going to be a video game. It was in the most recent game informer magazine. Today is Feb. 16, 2006. I think it would be awesome!

they should make an online game of Eragon. u get to be a rider.

I think your right the should mackit into an online game. where you gould be good bad or both, and you could choose to be a dragon or a rider. and could with anybody that was online at the time.

If they do an online game that was multi-player it could be like, all the main characters as npc's and you could choose to be a dwarf, human, elf, urgal... and you choose your alliance and stuff like that. As in good, evil, or neutral.

great uv read my mind. yesterday, i got my sketchbook and made and eragon MMORPG. im only 1/1000 done with it though. u can choose ur race, faction, leigelord, ect. then i had to design the dragons(painful). thats as far as ive gotten. im going to email it to paolini and see what he thinks of it.

A video game would be awsome, and movie/book ones are almost always on all major platforms (Xbox, PS2, PSP, GC, GB). It is probably going to follow Eragon and have you be him, like most others. It would be awsome if you could create a Dragon and Rider, though.

Magazine “Game Informer” published an article in their March 2006 issue, releasing the first bit of news regarding the Eragon video game, slated to release in Fall with the Eragon movie:

Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers developer Stormfront Studios is back with this adaptation of Christopher Paolini's hit fantasy novel. The game is coming out in conjunction with a movie planned for this December, and the title allows gamers to fly around on Eragon's dragon Saphira as he learns to become one of the legendary Dragon Riders and avenge the death of his family.
The article also mentions that the game will be released for all current game consoles except XBOX 360 (we’ve contacted Stormfront and Fox for more information regarding this decision and will update you as soon as we hear more). Thanks to reader EragonNerd for the article.

An insider of ours has told us that Ed Speleers (Eragon) recently traveled to London, where he modeled for the character in the game.

I read somewere they will if they have the possability(dont ask) they will make it out for most of them nameing the most common ps2,ps3, psp, xbox , gamecube. They said it would be very "dificult" to make it for xbox 360 which i duno why...they dont ever say why...

maybe there will be another game after the books and movies about the next generation of riders. A WoW type feel that you all live in a split alegasia and there is a new evil and u choose a side and u become a rider and fight the other riders like WoW

well ive got a gamecube, an nintendo 64, and a gameboy advance sp. im fine as long as its for one of those im fine. but nintendo 64 is too old. its rare to even find the n 64 games in trading shops. those were some of the best games too man...

i liked mario kart, rush 2049, mario tennis, mario party, starfox64, super smash brothers (the original) and maybe some others i cant think of off the top of my head. the new games are more... bloody, like halo. my friends like it but i hate it.

Im not much of a fan of mario. I like the Crash Bandicoot games for PS.

I liked spyro for ps, crash bandicoot, and for n 64 i liked mario party and quest 64

my cousin had crash bandicoot for ps. but she never let us play it. she was always a bully. shes ok now. anyway, when her parents let us play them, we always played crash and frogger. my brother has spyro for his gameboy which is kinda lame. and we have a new crash game- its crash tag team racing. its ok. not like the cerash bandicoot at all. you go around collecting stuff that your friends want so you can get them cars and clothes. then theres minigames and race games. the minigames are like shooting stuff and bowling. i like the racing. (i always liked racing more than any other game) theres 5 different kinds. you can try to get the fastest time, try to shoot sa many competitors, (which you can do in the grand prix) a grand prix, try to crash into as many plants on the track as you can, or try to shoot as many helicopters or planes . i like the grand prix. but i like the original crash waayyyyyy better.

Dudes I have like all of the Crash Bandicoot and Spyro games for PS and PS2. They rock!!!

I think that only useful thing is computer...Crash is good (yes my friend used to have a playstation)
