Though i do wish that there will be a new rider i sort of think that there wont be.

I say this because on the cover of the third book its orimis's dragon (i forget the name).

maybe it just won't hach in book 3 but in book 4 instead... maybe?

I thought there was no gods in Eragon, besides, that would ruin the series X1,000.

Why would it be destroyed? Would Galbatorix like have it in his pocket when Eragon kills him or somthing?

idk. someone else might want it destroyed, and they will do it during the confusion of the battle. or maybe galbatorix will do it as a last resort. if he cant live then the dragons shouldn't.

Arya would only have to train in Rider stuff, like riding. The dragon, on the other hand, would have to train, but that may be solved by sharing memories, at least for the technical stuff.

because it plays an important part in the plot of the book....both sides want it to hatch....which is what galbatorix is fighting for. but by having it not hatch and be destroyed will satisfy both means....

No it would just piss both sides off even more and the dragons would become extinct

which would make it a complete tragedy book which is what the world needs more of....

exactly why i say the world needs more of it.....because there are people like you in the world who never want to see the reality side of life in books.....i mean, people really die, you know (even the important people, the main people in the world)....

CP's not dumb enough to let every down like that. There WILL be a new rider, im 100% sure. Besides Cp will probably kill Oromis.

shallow-mindedness? Most of us have considered pretty much all of the possibilities and have debated which have the most likelihood and evidence to back them up. We've been doing that for a couple years now, which is why we are rather set in our ideas. There were times when there were a bunch of people who were set believing that Vanir was going to be the next rider.

thats the problem. you pick the ones with the most likelihood while you can also still think about the ones. i dont care if theyre crazy. i dont care if we talk about maybe a ******** atomic bomb dropping on alagaesia......this is a place to keep an open mind and discuss what could happen. cp might be crazy enough to do it......

We do keep an open mind, but we are also reasonable. And it's not like I, or anyone else here is shallow-minded. I always consider what other people say or think and then based on evidence and what else I know, I either agree, I think it will happen, or I disagree, I don't think it will happen. If we don't do that, then we just make a crazy list of the thousands of things that 'can' happen. There's no real discussion in that, is there? We don't shut down ideas, but if we don't discern between the likely and the unlikely, there's no real point to it.

evidence? i dont ******* care about the ******** evidence. its people like you that say theres no evidence that someone will wreck you, but you end up wrecked at the end of the day. there is no evidence in life. if you live by evidence, you close your eyes to possibilites, and you do not advance. you do not realize the full potential of your life. if scientists had lived by the evidence, would we have the technology we have today? so please dont ever say that you use evidence....


and what evidence is there in this book? this is ****** fiction for crying out loud. i dont really care that angela said that eragon would have a long life. eragon could still die. angela could be a ******* ************* for all we know. its by getting those lists of thousands of ideas that we realize that this isnt a ******* fairy tale, its a book about life, and life ends in death. and anything is possible in life, especially when you have a dragon.


if people like you got a dragon, youd end up dead by galbatorix because youd think that you couldnt die by "evidence."
