Who do you think should be the actors for the movie eragon

I think maybe a new stranger for the role of Eragon, and maybe the dude that play albus dumbledore in Harry potter will be Brom.

I also want a stranger to play Eragon, the actor that played albus woulod be a good choice.

Um...i think he is dead, well the one from the first 2 is, what about Sir Ian mcellan ie Gandalf for Brom

um no offence but i dont think the guy who played albus dumbledore woukd make a good brom cuz broms character is described different in the book and also he isnt supposed to look like hes 100 (even though he is way older...i think) so yea i think they should have someone else and for eragon.....i think the hot teenager in war of the worlds. but thats just my opionion.

Orlando Bloom will be one of the elf (again) yippiee...! Elijah Wood is eragon.. (no..?) Brom is Clint eastwood (yeah right! no doubt on this!!) Islanzadi by gwneth paltrow. Angela in my opinion must be played by a woman who's old but look young or a girl who's young but look old: someone like Nicole Kidman; wait! Drew barrymore is a cutie too. Johny depp is also a great actor, he can be murtagh. Keanu reeves could be oromis (he could! if they put an apropriate make over on him). As for arya.... someone looks like selma blair but more strict to the face.

Also some of the actors are a bit old, Eragon is 15, idk much about hollywood makeup but thats gotta be hard to make either of those , guys look 15, but i like the choice for brom, Ian Macellen is cool

Eragon should be played by an undiscovered original, tall and thin, scruffy dark hair, curious blue eyes, with tanned skin of a farmer. Handsome, but not knockout. sorta like the guy who played batman/Bruce Wayne in Batman Begins, except a lot younger.

Yeah, right! The LOTR casting was just wonderful it represented as much as we longed to visualize the J.R.Tolkien's books (if u read them); but don't forget Eragon and friends are 16 guys... 16!! We can't use boromir or aragorn Not like elijah wood who has pure-blue eyes (or is it green??) it suited Frodo verymuch but eragon... ?? Eragon already bear so much pain at young age so it's hard to be played by just any newcomer. I hope woever he is he can act well and not to dissappoint us.

i have to ask this, why Clint Eastwood??? he's a cowboy!!! plus he's way to old!!! and the lotr cast really wouldn't do well for the movie, i mean don't get me wrong i think viggo{aragorn} would do well with the character horst maybe but not one of the younger people, he is also to old, they would have to put alot of makeup on him! and i dont think orlando would really want to jump into another elf costume again{i would though!} and i LOVE Sir Ian Mcellen but he would ruin the part of Brom, he would remind me way to much of Gandalf! and i dont know about Liv Tyler, i think she is to fragile to be arya, {she did great with arwen though}, Elijah wood? what character could he play? certainly not Eragon, he's not rugged inuf. Eragon needs someone who is like viggo{outdoorsy and rugged}
but he also has to be young, i think the best choice for Eragon would be a new actor someone who isn't very famous{thats what happened with the lotr cast!}, although i think david wenham{foromir}
would be good with the character Roran, who would play Galbatorix though?

I'm Briana. I just got done reading Eragon 3 days ago. I thought it was a really good book! My friend said that she is going to let me barrow Eldest from her, so I cant wait to read it.
I am really excited about the movie, and since it is on such a low budget I hope they dont cancal it!!!
I hope that people in the movie wont be really famous, but they will be really good actors. And I hope they have a really cute guy for Eragon and a really pritty girl for Arya( I think thats how you spell it)

I think that they should hire a new guy for Eragon. but he should be someone that looks noble but kind of a mess. He should also look a little hot. And Garrow should be someone really old but with some kind of too small clothing

Yeah i not too much agree with the casting, and i would be soo happy if they can change the guy for eragon but i think it's too late. I just hoping he can act very well so i can forget that he's appearence are not so much like what i was picturing of.
